CARLOS ARNAIZ – RECENT WORKS

Jorge Mara – La Ruche Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of this exhibition by Carlos Arnaiz, one of the most outstanding artists of his generation. After a long and fruitful career of solo and group exhibitions, the gallery reopens its doors to present a series of recent works that reflect the painter’s moment of greatest freedom and creative maturity.

In this latest production of medium and large-format works, Arnaiz takes his characteristic language of organic abstraction to new horizons. Those subtle references to forms found in nature—buds, leaves, and seeds—become freer, more dynamic, and expansive. The pieces stand out for their vibrant use of color and energetic gestural quality: through broad brushstrokes and subtle transparencies, the artist achieves compositions that seem to float in perpetual motion on the white canvas.
